Vapiano in Frankfurt

Favorite restaurant chain in Germany. Large selection of pasta, prepared in front of you and quickly. Crowded in the evening, the place is cozy. Wine, pizza, risotto, a large selection of the menu.

The first Italian restaurant I have visited during my stay in Germany. Friendly staff, they prepare your dish in front of you, all ingredients are fresh. My favorite dish is Crema di funghi without white wine. They also have pizza and salads and lasagna. Highly recommended.

We were very disappointed. The pizza makers explain to us which pizza would have been better. Are they restaurant and guest consultants or JUST ONLY pizza bakers who should work for the guests? Did we somehow not understand ??? Here the management has totally failed. AND please save us the STANDARD sentence for guests: "Hi, thank you for your rating. We would have loved to have excited you more about us. We'll do our best to blow you away next time! Greetings from your VAPIANO team. Ha-ha ???

Good, reasonably priced food. Fun urban atmosphere, and super friendly staff. Free, fast WiFi was a big plus, as was the location in the heart of Frankfurt.

Very delicious is freshly prepared in front of you and the pay system is great. I like to go with friends and family, the lemonades from the glass bottle are very tasty

Food was prepared very quickly and also very tasty, priced completely within the framework. Nothing incredible, but a good value restaurant.

Glutenfrei pizza base is not their own I guess. It's a cheap pizza base (most probably of Schär). It was much better in the past, but now it's not good or tasty.

Food has lost a lot of its quality. Staff (especially Sabine) are very rude. Maybe you should introduce a tip system to encourage employees to adopt better practices. Not recommended for lunch.

Too busy at dinner time after 6pm

What our group ate was pretty good. Don't forget to ask for extra cheese on your pizza though. And be very specific on how cooked you want your pasta to be. I would eat there again.

Food tastes great. But it always sounds very loud in the restaurant. I don't know whether this is due to the acoustics of the premises or whether the guests are just talking so loudly.

Nice location on the beautiful Goetheplatz and finally a vegan pizza that tasted like something and kept you full for a long time. My kids loved their creative pizzas (photos). The only thing that I found strange was the self-service concept, I'm glad we only wanted pizzas, because I would have had to queue up for different dishes every time. And very ideal: a parking garage nearby, as we were about to leave the city - "Parkhaus Börse"

Pizza only cut optically everything had to be cut with 2 pizzas. Overpriced, especially for the pasra dishes and the calzone was hardly filled. The employees talk to you as a brother. Never again this vapiano either here or anywhere. By the time you have ordered the different food at 4-5 stations, the other is already cold. I think it's a joke that you can earn money with something like that. Oh and the tables were very dirty

With a table number we are at our place and were in the last corner at a tiny table between the pillars and the stairs, completely narrowed in even though only 3 couples were in the shop and all decent tables were completely free. With the agreement of the staff we are then at a smart table. First impression of food: my girlfriend's food looked inedible from the first second, and that's exactly how it tasted. My penne made a good impression, but after a part was eaten, you saw the real quality. They were 1/3 in the water and the soup that was underneath didn't really taste good. I was hungry and therefore ate up. Big mistake. Price / performance is definitely not given. For zero service and the lowest quality food, there are the well-known cheap fast food chains, where you pay a fraction of the price. You would be better off there.

Italian fast food self service restaurant. Good value for money. There is a good variety of pasta and pizza and they also have antipasti, salads and risotto. I love the pomegranate tea they have. Soft taste with no sugar.

You can never get real Italian food here

Bad service! Cooker prepared my food wrong! Waitress and manager broke several glasses while I was seating here and besides of that in the end they wouldn’t accept card. Front desk employee was rude and sending me to withdraw money... besides of being inconvenient in looking at my wallet and asking how much did I have. Really bad behavior and expensive for the service and food you get!

The pasta was very tasty. In addition this thing with the card is convenient. The thing I didn't like is waiting in the line while ordered dish is under preparation.

Always great, though this time it was packed, but I thought the wait was still ok.

Self service restaurant, no service, but really like the quality of food and the taste. Would go there almost 20 times more... Just an observation, pastas are better than Pizza here. (Edit 1) Editing this review after atleast 10 visits at this restaurant - your food totally depends upon the preparer ; I have had good to bad experiences almost at very frequent basis.
